We celebrated my sister’s birthday this weekend in Old Sturbridge Village, Massachusetts which is always lovely at this time of year. We went last year for her birthday as well because it’s the perfect drive & environment to ring in the Fall. It seemed to take longer to get there this time due to a different route and a grumpy passenger but we made it there eventually. Even if you aren’t super into learning about New England during the 1790’s through the 1830’s it is still an excellent spot for walking and taking photos. The area provides a beautiful New England background to dine, chat or take a stroll in. Last time we did one section and this time we did the father part because due to the time we couldn’t fit everything in. I’ll include some photos on here and you can check out others on my instagram if you’d like to see. It really is a nice way to spend a day. I also went on a small hike today just to take in the good weather while it’s here. I really love this time of year. It’s the perfect temperature. What does next weekend hold?
